Voucher terms and conditions

1. The voucher is issued by Trends for Kids GmbH, Am Industriegleis 9, 84030 Ergolding, Germany. If you have any questions about our vouchers, please contact service@tfk-buggy.com.

2. The use of the voucher is subject to German law.

3. The voucher can only be redeemed via the website www.tfk-buggy.com.

4. The voucher may be subject to certain restrictions and/or limitations, for example with regard to the use of the voucher for certain product groups, and time and/or quantity restrictions may also apply. Such restrictions are indicated in the voucher text. If the voucher number you have used cannot be used or can no longer be used, you will be informed of this before finalising your order.

5. Each voucher is only valid once. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. A voucher cannot be used together with another special offer.

6. You must be of legal age and have full legal capacity.

7. Employees and contractual partners of Trends for Kids GmbH as well as those persons who are directly involved in the organisation or issue of vouchers are excluded from use. This also applies to relatives of these persons.

8. The voucher cannot be paid out in cash.

9. In the event of a change to the order or a return, the goods voucher used expires, so that the original total amount must be paid.

10. The General Terms and Conditions of Trends for Kids GmbH also apply when a voucher is used.

11. Any breach of the terms of use will invalidate the voucher. In this case, we reserve the right to reclaim the previously credited voucher amount.

12. The voucher applies to orders for goods booked on the website www.tfk-buggy.com. Excluded are already reduced items.

13. The goods voucher may not be sold, in particular it is not permitted to offer the goods voucher for sale on so-called internet auction platforms. Vouchers purchased in this way lose their validity and release Trends for Kids GmbH from the obligation to redeem them.

14. The voucher cannot be redeemed for promotional items and promotional bundles.
