If the item you ordered is defective, missing something or delivered in the wrong version, please contact our customer service immediately by phone or email. Our service staff will then work with you to find a solution.

The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Procedure for a return

1. Please repack the item to be returned in its original packaging and place it in a shipping carton. Please make sure that the product is well protected when packing so that no damage occurs in transit. Insufficiently packed and damaged products are excluded from return/refund.

2. The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.

How and when do I get my money back?

As soon as we have received the return shipment, which has been agreed upon with our customer service, we will check the condition of the goods and then refund the amount immediately. Depending on the payment method, the exact procedure differs:

In the case of credit card payment, the refund is made to your credit card account. The credit will then automatically appear on your next credit card statement.

If you pay with PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account. Whether you then get a credit for the next purchase with PayPal or the amount flows directly into your bank account, you can determine yourself in the PayPal customer account.


If you pay with Sofortüberweisung, we will refund you directly the transfer amount. The refund will be made to the bank account used for payment.
