Returns
If the item you have ordered is faulty, missing or has been delivered in the wrong version, please contact our customer service team immediately by phone or email. Our service staff will then work with you to find a solution.
The return period is 30 days from receipt of the goods.
Procedure for a return
- Only products that are new, unused and show no signs of wear can be returned. Please repack the item to be returned in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box.
- Make sure that the product is packed well protected to avoid transport damage. The sales packaging must not be used as a shipping box. Insufficiently packaged, already used and damaged products are excluded from return/refund.
- The costs of the return are to be borne by the buyer.

If you would like to have the ordered item in a different version, please also contact our customer service by phone or e-mail.
How and when do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received the return shipment, which has been agreed upon with our customer service, we will check the condition of the goods and then refund the amount immediately. Depending on the payment method, the exact procedure differs:
- In the case of credit card payment, the refund is made to your credit card account. The credit will then automatically appear on your next credit card statement.
- If you pay with PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account. Whether you then get a credit for the next purchase with PayPal or the amount flows directly into your bank account, you can determine yourself in the PayPal customer account.
- If you pay with Sofortüberweisung, we will refund you directly the transfer amount. The refund will be made to the bank account used for payment.
