- For shipping within Germany: Free shipping from 150€ order value, otherwise 6,50 € per order.
- Shipping to Austria: Free shipping from 150€ order value, otherwise 12,95 € per order.
- For shipping to Sweden: up to 500€ order value 40€ shipping, from 500€ order value 80€ shipping.
- Shipping to Norway: up to 900€ order value 20€ shipping. From 900€ order value 160€ shipping per order
- For shipping to other EU countries: free shipping from 250€ order value, otherwise 15,00€ per order
- The shipping of a tfk voucher is done exclusively by e-mail and there are no shipping costs for this
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
