tfk 10-year warranty
With the tfk 10-year warranty, we stand for long-lasting quality, well-designed technology and responsible manufacturing. Below, we provide clear and transparent information about the terms and conditions of our voluntary warranty for tfk pushchairs.
1. Statutory warranty & tfk warranty
When you purchase a new tfk pushchair, the statutory two-year warranty naturally applies. In addition, Trends for Kids GmbH (tfk) offers a voluntary warranty extension to a total of 10 years. The warranty extension must be activated within 6 months of the purchase date by completing and submitting the form below.
2. Our voluntary manufacturer’s warranty
We provide a voluntary 10-year warranty on new tfk pushchairs from the date of purchase.
The warranty applies to first-time purchases made on or after 1 March 2026 and covers material and manufacturing defects.
This is subject to the product being purchased within Europe. (The UK and Norway are included)
3. What is covered?
The following overview clearly sets out which components and defects are covered under the tfk warranty.
4. Commencement & Inspection
Both the statutory warranty and the extended warranty commence upon purchase or handover of the product by an authorised tfk dealer or directly by tfk. Please inspect your product carefully immediately upon receipt and report any visible defects without delay.
5. Conditions
To make a claim under the warranty, a valid proof of purchase from an authorised tfk dealer or from tfk is required. Second-hand purchases and purchases made through unauthorised dealers are excluded. The warranty is non-transferable.
6. Our warranty service
In the event of a warranty claim, tfk will decide whether to repair the fault, replace a component or provide an equivalent product. Should an identical model, colour or material no longer be available, we will provide a technically and qualitatively equivalent alternative.
7. Processing
a) Warranty claims may only be made through authorised tfk specialist retailers
within the EU
region (including the UK and Norway)
or directly to tfk .
b) Repaired or replaced components are covered until the end of the original warranty period. The warranty will not be extended.
c) If your product is unusable due to a warranty claim, please contact your tfk specialist dealer or tfk directly without delay. The next steps will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
d) Further claims, such as loan products or compensation for damages, are excluded.
e) In the event of a product replacement, tfk may require the return of the defective product and – where permitted by law – charge a reasonable fee for use. This applies exclusively within Germany and after the statutory warranty period has expired.
8. Failure of the repair
Should a repair prove unsuccessful or be deemed unreasonable for the customer, a replacement product free from defects may be requested. The provisions set out in point 7e apply accordingly.
