Failure to provide the data has no consequences. This applies only insofar as no other information is provided for the processing operations described below. "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. The operator's contact details can be found in the legal notice (Imprint) of this website.
How do we collect your data?
Some data are collected when you provide them to us. This may, for example, include data that you enter into a contact form.
Other data are collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are primarily technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of the page view). These data are collected automatically as soon as you access our website.
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data are collected to ensure the error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time and free of charge to obtain information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the rectification, blocking or erasure of these data. For this purpose and for any further questions regarding data protection, you may contact us at any time using the address provided in the legal notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Furthermore, under certain circumstances you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. For details, please refer to the section "Right to restriction of processing" in this Privacy Policy.
Server Log Files
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time our website is accessed, usage data are transmitted by your Internet browser and stored in log data (server log files). These stored data include, for example, the name of the page accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract provided to you or to a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be carried out insofar as it is technically feasible.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the website operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Identity and credit check when selecting Klarna payment services
If you choose Klarna payment services, we ask for your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1), first sentence, point (a) GDPR to transmit to Klarna the data required for payment processing and for an identity and credit check. In Germany, the credit reference agencies listed in Klarna's privacy policy may be used for identity and credit checks.
Klarna uses the information received regarding the statistical probability of a payment default to make a balanced decision on the establishment, performance or termination of the contractual relationship. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to the contact details provided below. This may result in us no longer being able to offer you certain payment options. You may also withdraw your consent to this use of personal data directly from Klarna at any time.
Collection and processing when using the contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, email address, message text) only to the extent provided by you. The purpose of the data processing is to contact you. By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the data transmitted. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR with your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. We use your email address solely to process your enquiry. Your data will subsequently be erased unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Use of the email address for sending direct advertising
We use the email address received from you in connection with the sale of goods or services to send you electronic advertising for our own goods or services similar to those you have already purchased from us, provided you have not objected to such use. Providing the email address is necessary for concluding the contract. Failure to provide it means that no contract can be concluded. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in direct advertising.
You may object to this use of your email address at any time by notifying us. The contact details for exercising your right to object can be found in the legal notice. We use cookies to make our services more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies also enable our systems to recognise your browser after a page change and to provide you with services. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these functions, it is necessary for the browser to be recognised again after a page change.
We also use cookies on our website to enable analysis of the browsing behaviour of visitors to our website.
Furthermore, we use cookies to subsequently address website visitors on other websites with targeted, interest-based advertising. Processing is carried out on the basis of Section 15(3) TMG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in the purposes stated above. Use of Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") on our website. The purpose of data processing is to analyse this website and its visitors. For this purpose, on behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use the information obtained to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide the website operator with other services relating to website and Internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is activated on this website. As a result, your IP address is shortened by Google beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Your data may be transferred to the USA. An adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for data transfers to the USA.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in designing the website in a needs-based and targeted manner. You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing these data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
To prevent Google Analytics from collecting data across devices, you can set an opt-out cookie. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when visiting this website. You must perform the opt-out on all systems and devices used for it to be fully effective. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set: Disable Google Analytics.
Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising programme "Google AdWords" on our website and, as part of this, conversion tracking (visitor action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is stored on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain personal data and therefore are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website while the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the advertisement and were redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics. We learn the total number of users who clicked on one of our advertisements and were redirected to a page containing a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in targeted advertising and analysing the impact and efficiency of such advertising.
You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
You can also disable personalised advertising for you in Google's advertising settings. Instructions can be found at support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922.
In addition, you can disable the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implementing the additional opt-out information provided there. Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at: www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

We use the function for embedding YouTube videos provided by YouTube LLC (901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA; "YouTube") on our website. YouTube is a company affiliated with Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
The function displays videos stored on YouTube in an iFrame on the website. The "Enhanced Privacy Mode" option is activated. As a result, YouTube does not store information about visitors to the website. Only when you watch a video is information about this transmitted to YouTube and stored there.
Further information on the collection and use of data by YouTube and Google, your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy can be found in YouTube's privacy information (https://www.youtube.com/t/privacy).
Use of Google Maps
We use the function for embedding Google Maps maps provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") on our website. The function enables the visual presentation of geographical information and interactive maps. When pages in which Google Maps maps are embedded are accessed, Google also collects, processes and uses data relating to visitors to those pages.
Further information on the collection and use of data by Google can be found in Google's privacy information at www.google.com/privacypolicy.html. There you also have the option in the Privacy Centre to change your settings so that you can manage and protect your data processed by Google.
Your data may also be transferred to the USA. An adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for data transfers to the USA.
You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
To do so, you must disable the JavaScript application in your browser. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website, such as the interactive map display, to their full extent.
Elements of the Facebook social network are integrated into this website. The provider of this service is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. According to Facebook, however, the data collected are also transferred to the USA and other third countries. An overview of Facebook social media elements can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=de_DE.
When the social media element is active, a direct connection is established between your device and the Facebook server. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited this website with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of this website to your Facebook profile. Facebook can thereby associate your visit to this website with your user account.
We point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or of how Facebook uses them. Further information can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at: de-de.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.
Where consent has been obtained, the above-mentioned service is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 TTDSG. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Where no consent has been obtained, the service is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in achieving the broadest possible visibility in social media.
Where personal data are collected on our website with the help of the tool described here and forwarded to Facebook, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland are jointly responsible for this data processing (Art. 26 GDPR). Joint responsibility is limited exclusively to the collection of the data and their transfer to Facebook. Processing by Facebook after the transfer is not part of the joint responsibility.
The obligations jointly incumbent on us have been set out in an agreement on joint processing. The wording of the agreement can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. According to this agreement, we are responsible for providing data protection information when using the Facebook tool and for implementing the tool on our website in a manner compliant with data protection law. Facebook is responsible for the data security of Facebook products.
You can assert data subject rights (e.g. requests for information) regarding data processed by Facebook directly with Facebook. If you assert data subject rights with us, we are obliged to forward them to Facebook.
Data transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Details can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/EU_data_transfer_addendum, https://de-de.facebook.com/help/566994660333381 and https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
Newsletter
The following information explains the content of our newsletter as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedures and your rights to object. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive it and to the procedures described.
Newsletter content: We send newsletters, emails and other electronic notifications containing advertising information (hereinafter "Newsletter") only with the consent of recipients or where permitted by law. Where the content of the newsletter is specifically described during registration, that content is decisive for the user's consent. Otherwise, our newsletters contain information about our products, offers, promotions and our company.
Double opt-in and logging: Registration for our newsletter takes place using a double opt-in procedure. This means that after registering you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary to ensure that no one can register using someone else's email address. Newsletter registrations are logged in order to demonstrate that the registration process complies with legal requirements. This includes storing the time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored by the mailing service provider are also logged.
Mailing service provider: The newsletters are sent by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, hereinafter referred to as the "mailing service provider". The mailing service provider's privacy policy can be viewed here: https://www.cleverreach.com/de/datenschutz/.
According to its own information, the mailing service provider may also use these data in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assigning them to a user, to optimise or improve its own services, for example for the technical optimisation of dispatch and presentation of newsletters or for statistical purposes to determine the countries from which recipients originate. However, the mailing service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them itself or to pass them on to third parties.
Registration data: To subscribe to the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide your email address. Optionally, we ask you to provide a name so that we can address you personally in the newsletter.
Performance measurement: The newsletters contain a so-called "web beacon", i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the mailing service provider's server when the newsletter is opened. As part of this retrieval, technical information such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and the time of retrieval, is initially collected. This information is used for the technical improvement of the services on the basis of the technical data or the target groups and their reading behaviour on the basis of their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or access times.
The statistical surveys also include determining whether newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to individual newsletter recipients. However, neither we nor the mailing service provider seek to observe individual users. Rather, the evaluations enable us to recognise our users' reading habits and adapt our content accordingly or send different content according to our users' interests.
The sending of the newsletter and performance measurement are carried out on the basis of the recipients' consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 7 GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) No. 3 UWG or on the basis of statutory permission pursuant to Section 7(3) UWG.
The logging of the registration procedure is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and serves to demonstrate consent to receive the newsletter.
Cancellation/withdrawal: You can cancel receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. withdraw your consent. A link for cancelling the newsletter can be found at the end of every newsletter. If users have only subscribed to the newsletter and cancel this subscription, their personal data will be erased.
Email advertising without newsletter registration and your right to object: If we receive your email address in connection with the sale of goods or services and you have not objected, we reserve the right, on the basis of Section 7(3) UWG, to regularly send you offers by email for products from our range similar to those you have already purchased. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in advertising to our customers, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. You may object to this use of your email address at any time by sending a message using the contact option described above or via a link provided for this purpose in the advertising email, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs.
Use of customer data for advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
We use the "Meta Custom Audiences" service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta") to display personalised advertising to our existing contacts on Facebook and Instagram. For this purpose, we transmit the email addresses of our newsletter subscribers to Meta in hashed (encrypted) form. These data are matched with user accounts on the aforementioned platforms in order to specifically address people who have already shown an interest in our products or offers.
Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you gave us when registering for the newsletter. The data are transmitted solely for this purpose and exclusively in encrypted form.
If you no longer wish to receive personalised advertising via Meta, you can:
· withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. via the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter or by email; or
· disable personalised advertising directly in your Meta account under the advertising preference settings.
Further information on data processing by Meta can be found in Meta's Privacy Policy at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Duration of storage
After the contract has been fully processed, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period and thereafter in accordance with statutory retention periods, in particular those under tax and commercial law, and will then be erased after expiry of those periods unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. You may contact us at any time at the address provided in the legal notice. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we generally require time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you may request restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, your interests and our interests must be weighed against each other. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data - apart from storage - may be processed only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
Please contact us if you wish to exercise these rights. The contact details can be found in our legal notice.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
Right to object to data collection in specific cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this Privacy Policy.
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR).
Where your personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will subsequently no longer be used for direct marketing purposes (objection pursuant to Art. 21(2) GDPR).
